ShopRadar is an independent community for Shopify merchants and developers. English and Turkish discussions are welcome.

Share enough context

Use a specific title, choose a topic and explain what you tried. Add relevant code or error messages, with passwords, tokens and customer details removed.

Be helpful and respectful

Discuss ideas and explain your reasoning. Harassment, threats, impersonation and discriminatory content are not welcome.

Disclose your connection

If you built, sell or earn commission from a recommended app or service, say so in the post. No unsolicited sales pitches, repetitive links or referral spam.

Protect private information

Posts are public. Never publish store credentials, API keys, payment details or personal customer information. Nicknames are not verified identities.

Report problems

Use Report on a thread or reply to send it to the moderation queue. Reporting does not automatically remove content; a moderator reviews it.

Close the loop

Reply with what worked and mark the helpful answer as the solution. Your browser stores the key for threads you start; keep it private.
