We built B2B Procurement OS: approvals, credit limits and net terms

The distinction worth understanding before you buy anything in this category: most B2B apps answer "what price does this account see". That is a pricing problem and it is well solved. The second problem is procurement — the person clicking buy is an employee spending someone else's money, and the order needs an approval chain, a credit limit and payment terms.

What it does:
- Multi-level order approvals before an order can be placed
- Per-account credit limits and net payment terms
- Automatic block on orders over the limit, or from accounts with overdue invoices
- Volume quote requests
- Reorder from saved lists or an uploaded CSV
- Order editing while the order is still unfulfilled
- Sales-rep assignment with commission tracking

Pricing: $79, $199, $499, 14-day trial. SparkLayer, the leader, starts at $49 and has a small free tier — so we are the more expensive option here. The trade is procurement depth, not a lower bill.

Do not install it if: your wholesale customers are one-person businesses ordering for themselves. Nobody needs to approve anything, so buy on price.
